(2013)Guohai United group co., LTD., approved by the state administration of industry and commerce of the People's Republic of China and the relevant departments of the state, is officially established. Registered capital of one hundred million yuan, a wholly owned subsidiary of the group 6, two holding company, taking a stake in the company of three main: electric power investment, international sale of electricity, power for the development of new energy, in collaboration with state, holding, equity participation, development, construction, management and operation of wind power, water and electricity.

(2015)GuoHai United Yunan International Electric Power Co.,Ltd was founded in June of 2015 with fully investment from GuoHai United Group. The main business of this company includes: international and domestic electric power sales, electric power investment, new energy power exploitation, electric power construction, electric power equipments sales, electrical equipment maintenance,import and export of electrical supplies, etc.

Guohai united construction engineering co., LTD., a wholly owned subsidiary of sealand combined group, is a civil construction, water and electricity installation, decoration, road, metal doors and Windows, the stone, the botanical garden buildings, real estate development, commercial, service as one of the construction enterprise.

Guohai United Jilin electrical Power Co., Ltd .GuoHai United Group officially set an office in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The chairman Lifei, the vice chairman Fu Lixin, the general manager of Construction Project Company Li Dongliang and the vice general manager Dai Xinhua and nearly 150 people from electric power companies have attended the opening ceremony.

2017, Guohai United Yunnan International electrical Power Co., Ltd. and Yingjiang County reached a consensus on the “Yingjiang Guohai United Power Big Data Center” project, and held an investment intention bookmarking ceremony in Yingjiang County Government. Formally established Yingjiang Guohai United Big Data Co., Ltd. (prepared for construction) and Guohai United (Yingjiang) Sales Co., Ltd. (prepared for construction). Guohai United Group firmly grasps the opportunities in the current information age and big data era, and plans the big data industry as an important development strategy in the future, and vigorously promotes the development of the data industry.

In 2018, Guohai United Group actively responded to the national “The Belt and Road” policy.
